• Low to middle income families
• Young families and/or single parent families with one or two children.
• Families or couples who self-identify as being from a marginalized group, including (but not limited to): LGBTQ2+; BIPOC (Black, Indigenous or Person-of-colour); neuro-divergent.

Applicants should be aware that when housing does become avaliable at Creekview it is usually two bedroom units. Although avaliability of one and three bedroom units is not impossible, it is exceedingly rare. status every 12 months.
