Our main responsibilities are to assess and recommend applicants to the Board of Directors as potential new members of Creekview Housing, facilitate members moving internally, monitor and recognize member participation in the co-op, and to keep member records up to date.

Our responsibilities include planning and implementing routine and preventative maintenance work in and around the Co-op. We also develop and implement short and long term capital plans, working with the Board of Directors to develop an annual capital budget for approval by the general membership.

Extra sanitation measures have been implemented to keep our members safe during the COVID-19 pandemic.

We meet several times during the year to organize seasonal social events for our members and their little ones.

We also monitor all bookings of the meeting room, for events such as private parties or meetings.

Our primary responsibility is to review financial statements. We check expenses and compare against our budgeted amounts. In addition, we work with the Board of Directors and other committees to develop the annual operating budget for the Co-op, for approval by the general membership.

We plan and implement routine and preventative maintenance work throughout the Co-op grounds. Work is accomplished through work parties in the garden and lawn areas. We also develop and implement plans for short and long term upkeep.

We ensure members understand their rights and responsibilities concerning pets, maintain a register of pets living in or visiting the Co-op overnight, and manage applications for housing dogs overnight. We additionally receive and resolve pet-related complaints, concerns, and questions.

We aim to support safety and security in our building. We report to Maintenance and the Board any circumstances that pose potential threats to members.
